CORPORATE WELLNESS

IMG_0056.jpg

Today, the necessity for work-life balance is critical. From endless emails to deadlines and growing to-do lists, there are more reasons now, than ever, to share the gift of mindfulness in the workplace.

These programs were developed specifically to help employees and executives manage daily stress, so that they may return to work with renewed passion, clarity, creativity and focus.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY:

"Xandr invited Kelsey to come speak to our Women’s Network on Gratitude and how to navigate the day and take breaks. Kelsey came with an enchanting energy and one that drew everyone in right away. She was able to quickly speak to our areas of stress and was able to provide tips for dealing with them throughout the day. Kelsey took us on a beautiful meditation that brought peace, love, and strength to everyone there. Kelsey’s ability to connect with her audience is unique and powerful while all the time being gentle."

Each workshop is uniquely designed for the client. Whether you have specific goals in mind, or would like support on crystalizing goals for your group, Kelsey will guide the team through a series of meditations, group exercises, and moderated discussions that will strengthen connections, communication, and support of one another's intentions. Workshops may also include journaling prompts, visualization and/or manifestation exercises, as well as take-home rituals and practices to encourage real change.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

In May 2019, the World Health Organization declared burn-out as "a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.

It is characterized by three dimensions:

Feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion;

Increased mental distance from one's job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job;

Reduced professional efficacy."

As someone who worked both in the U.S. Senate on Capitol Hill and as a Director of PR for a FORTUNE 500 company, Kelsey knows firsthand the stress and burnout that can come from doing a job you love. Her workshops directly address these employee experiences in a fun and relatable way, while giving practical, easy and real tools for employees to get back to loving their work while maintaining their own health and well-being.
