Pure Joy combines all the goodness that comes with movement, breath and community. This unique, one-of-a-kind class consists of a light 5-minute opening meditation, heart-opening yoga to lengthen and stretch the body, as you prepare to move into happy beats for cardio, toning and joyful movement to get the sweat pumping.
This virtual class closes with stretching and softening before a final savasana when you will be guided into a visualization meditation.
This will include distance reiki for ultimate healing, bringing about balance and harmony to the mind, body and soul.
